II. Product Introduction

In oil and gas drilling, water-based drilling mud is typically used in shallow wells, while oil-based drilling mud is used in deep wells. Conventional solids control equipment can effectively recover heavy metals and valuable drilling fluid components. However, if these solid components containing heavy metals and compounds are discharged without treatment, long-term sedimentation will cause significant harm to nearby vegetation, soil, groundwater, and the human environment. With increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements, higher demands are being placed on the handling of drilling cuttings at drilling sites. The emergence of drilling waste treatment and purification systems not only effectively solves on-site environmental problems but also enables secondary recycling and treatment of waste generated by on-site solids control systems. This maximizes the retention of valuable drilling mud while centrally solidifying the reprocessed drill cuttings, reducing the environmental damage caused by on-site operations.
