Vacuum degasser is a special equipment used to deal with gas invasion drilling fluid, which can quickly remove all kinds of gases invaded into drilling fluid, which plays a very important role in restoring mud gravity, stabilizing mud properties and reducing drilling costs. At the same time can also be used as a high-power agitator, suitable for all kinds of mud circulation purification system supporting.

The vacuum degasser is composed of a vacuum tank, a base, a vacuum pump, a control box and a liquid discharge device.

The working principle of the vacuum degassing device: the suction of the vacuum pump and the liquid discharge device causes negative pressure to form in the vacuum tank. At the same time, the drilling fluid under the action of atmospheric pressure enters the riser in the center of the vacuum tank through the liquid inlet pipe, and then flows to the deflector respectively through the opening holes around the riser. Due to the large area of the deflector, the drilling fluid is diluted and the bubbles in the drilling fluid escape. At the same time, the surface of each baffle is wavy, so that the drilling fluid forms turbulence during the flow process and accelerates the escape of bubbles.

The escaping gas is discharged to the safety zone through the suction of the vacuum pump, and the degassed drilling fluid enters the bottom of the vacuum tank due to its own weight, and is discharged out of the tank through the liquid discharge device.

The vacuum degasser has a large displacement and vacuum degree under different drilling fluid densities, which can meet the needs of deep well and ultra-deep well drilling construction.
