4. How to choose and maintain vibrating screens?

1. Key points for selection

- Processing capacity: Select the appropriate model according to the drilling scale (such as 100m3/h, 120m3/h, etc.)

- Screen material: Polyurethane screen is recommended (3-5 times more wear-resistant than stainless steel screen)

- Vibration motor: Explosion-proof and low-noise motors are preferred (adapted to the explosion-proof environment of oil and gas fields)

2. Maintenance suggestions

- Daily inspection: Check the wear degree of the screen and replace the damaged screen in time (it is recommended that the spare screen inventory be ≥3 sets)

- Load control: Ensure that the solid phase concentration of the slurry is ≤15% (exceeding 20% is prone to blockage of the screen surface)

- Deep cleaning: Use a high-pressure water gun to rinse the screen box every week (focus on cleaning the back of the screen and the exciter part)
